The album “Sonorité”, performed by young pianist Hibiki Nakajo, is now released with KNS Classical
Born in Japan in 1999 and multi-prize winner of many international competitions, Hibiki Nakajo releases her album “Sonorité”, with works by Ravel, Hashimoto and Rachmaninov.
Nakajo performs the famous “Jeux d’Eau” by Ravel, as well as his virtuoso masterwork “Gaspard de la Nuit”. As a tribute to her Japanese culture, Kunihiko Hashimoto is also present in the album with his 3 piano pieces “San-mai E”, the three of them with French titles. The CD ends with another masterwork of pianistic literature: the well-known and extremely difficult Rachmaninov’s Second Piano Sonata.
You can listen to Nakajo’s “best sense of taste, stormy temperament and precise stylistic sense” on Itunes, Amazon, Spotify and YouTube.
