Pianist Kaden Larson debuts on KNS Classical with a thoughtful CD: “Phantasium”

A CD devoted to different “Fantasies” of the piano repertoire, “Phantasium”, marks the debut of American pianist Kaden Larson on KNS Classical. The CD includes Mendelssohn’s Fantasy in F-Sharp Minor, as well as Scriabin’s Fantasy in B Minor and Corigliano’s “Fantasia on an Ostinato”, and ends with the grandiose Fantasy in C Major by Schumann, a masterpiece of the piano literature. Praised for his dynamic playing and thoughtful programming, Kaden Larson has been a prize-winner or finalist in numerous international competitions and has appeared as soloist with several orchestras.
This debut album is with no doubt a big achievement in Kaden Larson’s career after having recovered from a Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis in his hands and feet, from an early age. Congratulations, Kaden!
