KNS Artist, Aristo Sham, debuts at Carnegie Hall to celebrate Rachmaninoff’s 150 anniversary
On the 21st of October, Carnegie Hall prepared to host an extraordinary event, honoring the 150th anniversary of the legendary composer Sergei Rachmaninov. As part of this grand celebration, a KNS Artist, Aristo Sham, was featured.
Hailed by The New York Times as a pianist “whose playing combined clarity, elegance, and abundant technique,” and recognized by The Washington Post as a young artist with “boundless potential,” his talent was showcased inside one of the most prestigious concert halls in the world.
This grand celebration was not a solo act. It was a collaborative effort that brought together some of the most influential names in the world of classical music. The Cultural Exchange Foundation, Young Concert Artists, Houston Grand Opera, Morgan State University, and the Cherry Orchard Festival Foundation had joined hands to commemorate 150 years of Rachmaninov’s remarkable legacy.
