Acclaimed baritone Said Gobechiya enters KNS Classical with “Arion”

A former student of the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music and with the Master’s Degree of the University of Music and Arts of Vienna, the baritone Said Gobechiya joins KNS Classical with his debut album “Arion”.

“Arion” includes selected romances by Rachmaninoff that show various sides of the composer’s lyrics, the peak of vocal creativity filled with a unique individuality, which is impossible to imitate. 

Said Gobechiya is accompanied by the pianist Andrey Korobeynikov. The duo has been active for several years already.  This time, the artists present their debut joint album “Arion” with romances by Sergei Rachmaninoff, dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the composer’s birth.
